A conversation is one guest.

However long they take. Someone messages at midnight asking about your dates, sleeps on it, replies at eight in the morning, then asks about parking that evening — that is one conversation, counted once.

Most AI chat tools start a new billable conversation every time a guest goes quiet for a while. That works for an online shop, where people buy in one sitting. A booking gets slept on — so we count the person, not the pause.

When can I actually pay?

Not yet — we are opening to a small group of hosts first. Ask for early access and you will be told the day it goes live, at the price on this page.

What happens if I go over my conversations?

Sky keeps answering. We email you before you reach your limit and again when you pass it, then move you up. A guest never meets silence because of a billing threshold — that would cost you the booking you are paying us to catch.

Do I pay more for a second property?

No. Add as many as you like on any plan. Properties cost us nothing to serve, so we do not charge for them — only for the guests Sky actually talks to.

What counts as a conversation?

One guest, in one month, on one property. If the same person comes back three weeks later about a different stay, that is a second conversation.

Is there a free trial?

7 days, and we will not ask for a card to start it.

Can I cancel?

On the monthly plan, any time, from the console — we would rather earn the next month than trap you in it. The annual plan is the trade you choose knowingly: 20 percent off, paid up front, and not refundable part-way through the year. If you are not sure which you are, start monthly and switch when you know.

What does annual actually cost?

20% less, taken as one payment for the year — $468, $948, $1,428 or $1,908 depending on your volume. The page shows it as a monthly figure so the two plans are comparable, and states the full yearly charge underneath before you commit to anything.
