A guest who messages twice in a month is one conversation, not two — which is also how you are billed.
Why TikTok is a link and not an integration.
TikTok has no general DM API. There is a business messaging API in open beta, but it is built around ads, and hosts post videos rather than run campaigns. So instead of shipping a half-working integration, Skyhost gives you a link that already works today.
- You paste one link in your TikTok bio. A viewer taps it and lands in Messenger.

Which channels work today?
Facebook Messenger is live. TikTok works through a bio link that opens Messenger. Instagram and WhatsApp are next.
Do I need a Facebook Page?
Yes. Sky answers on the Page your guests already message, so you connect that Page once during setup.
What is a reply window?
Messaging platforms limit how long after a guest's message you may reply — 24 hours on Meta, 48 on TikTok. Skyhost tracks the window per conversation so a reply is never silently rejected.
Can I still reply myself?
Any time. Open the thread in the console and take over; Sky stops replying on that conversation until you release it.
Does it work on Airbnb's own messaging?
Not yet — Airbnb does not offer a messaging API to third parties. Skyhost reads your Airbnb calendar, and answers guests on the channels that do allow it.
