Do I need a Facebook Page?
Yes, for the current Messenger pilot. Connect the Page that your rental guests message so Skyhost can receive and respond to eligible conversations.
Does Skyhost answer Airbnb messages?
The current pilot focuses on Messenger. Airbnb calendar imports are separate from Airbnb messaging; calendar support does not include an Airbnb inbox integration.
Can guests come from my social profile?
You can direct guests to your Facebook Page or Messenger link from your public profiles. That opens a Messenger conversation; it does not turn another platform into a supported inbox.
Does connecting import my past conversations?
Connecting a Page is not an automatic import of all conversation history, guest records or property photos. Setup focuses on the connection and the information you approve.
