Skyhost is an AI host for short-term rentals. Sky answers supported guest questions on Facebook Messenger, checks calendar availability, quotes from your saved rates, shares approved property photos and helps with the reservation steps you enable.
Can I still reply to guests myself?
Yes. Take over a conversation whenever you need to. Sky steps aside while you handle it, and you explicitly hand it back when you are ready. You can also review drafts before enabling automatic replies.
Will Sky confirm a booking or a payment?
You choose the reservation actions Sky may complete. Booking confirmation follows your configured rules and recorded availability. With manual payments, you review the evidence and confirm that money arrived. A screenshot alone does not establish payment.
Which channels and calendars can I connect?
The current pilot focuses on Facebook Messenger. You can subscribe to supported iCalendar feeds, including Airbnb and Booking.com, and export Skyhost inventory. External calendars refresh on their own schedules. Additional messaging channels are not promised as part of the pilot.
How does Sky learn about my property?
You add your property details, rates, rules, approved answers and photos. Test a guest question before enabling replies. Connecting a Facebook Page does not automatically import all past conversations, guests or photos.
How much does it cost?
The early-access pilot is free. Published plans start at $49 per month when billing opens, with pricing based on guest conversation volume. See the pricing page for every tier and annual total.
