The AI host
An AI that answers your guests like you would.
Sky reads your listing, your rates and your live calendar, then answers the people messaging you — at 2am, in their language, with prices you actually charge. You wake up to bookings instead of a backlog.

What a host stops doing
Answering the same six questions
Wifi, check-in time, parking, pets, the beach, how to get there. Sky knows them because you taught it once.
Quoting from memory
It prices from your rate table and your calendar. If the dates are taken, it says so instead of guessing.
Waking up to a cold lead
A guest who messages at midnight gets a real answer at midnight, not at breakfast when they have booked elsewhere.
Translating
Sky replies in the language the guest wrote in — English, Filipino, Taglish, or whatever they open with.
Missing the ones that matter
When it is not sure, it stops and calls you in, with its reason and what it already tried.
Being the only one who can reply
Take over any conversation with one tap. Sky stands down the moment you do.
This is the whole product.
A real exchange, of the kind Sky handles while you are asleep. The grey line under each reply is what it did to produce that sentence.
Checked your live calendar · priced from your rate table
Answered from what you taught it
It never invents a number.
The failure that would actually cost you a guest is not a clumsy sentence — it is a confident wrong price, or a date you have already sold. So Sky is built so it cannot do either: availability comes from your calendar, prices come from your rate table, and facts come from what you gave it.
- Dates are checked against your live Airbnb feed, re-read every 30 minutes.
- Prices are computed from your own rates, discounts and fees — never estimated.
- If it does not know something, it says so and asks you, rather than filling the gap.
- Every link it shares is one you published in Settings. It cannot invent a URL.
Common questions
What is Skyhost?
Skyhost is an AI assistant for short-term rental hosts. It answers guests messaging you on Facebook Messenger, using your real calendar, rates and property details, and hands the conversation to you when it should.
Does it book guests without asking me?
It can hold dates and prepare a booking, but you stay in control — you decide what Sky is allowed to do on its own, and it calls you in whenever it is unsure.
What languages does it speak?
It replies in whatever language the guest writes in, and mirrors how they write. Filipino, English and Taglish are all handled the same way.
Do my guests know they are talking to AI?
There is no Skyhost branding in the conversation. You can tell Sky how to introduce itself, and it hands over to you the moment a guest asks for a human.
What does it cost?
One plan priced by how many guest conversations you have, with unlimited properties. See the pricing page for the current ladder.
